Two more Brigg planning applications have been received by North Lincolnshire Council.
Permission is being sought to erect a masonry garage to replace existing timber garage/outbuildings at Thornsett, Bigby Road.
A further application relates to reducing the height of a proposed building and amending the materials to be used - land north of Plot B, Atherton Way, Ancholme Business Park.
Both schemes are now under consideration by the council.
It has now granted outline permission for residential development of up to 79 dwellings on Vicarage Fields, Scawby Road, Broughton.
West Lindsey District Council will now rule on an application proposing a roof lift loft conversion and garage/games room extension at Little London Farm, North Kelsey.
