BUILDING SCHEMES IN AND NEAR BRIGG KEEP PLANNERS BUSY


North Lincolnshire Council has approved a domestic property extension in Brigg and is now considering another which was recently submitted for a ruling.
Permission has been granted to erect a first-floor side extension at 23 St James Road.
Now under consideration is an application to erect a two-storey side extension and make alterations to the dwelling to provide additional accommodation at 17 South View Avenue.
SCAWBY BROOK: Approval is being sought to erect a two-storey extension to the side of the dwelling at 127 Scawby Road.
BROUGHTON: Permission is being requested to erect a first-floor side extension with car port below at 23 Greyfriars Road.
SAXBY-ALL-SAINTS: Planning permission is being sought to erect a two-storey extension to the rear of Malnor, 6 North Carr Lane.
WORLABY: Approval is being requested to erect a single-storey extension to the side and rear and to make alterations to the dwelling at 52 Hill House, Top Road.
North Lincolnshire Council will decide these applications in due course.

WRAWBY: Approval has been given to erect a double garage at Twisted Willow, Brigg Road.
