PLANNED NEW BRIGG BOTTLE SHOP & MICRO PUB WILL HAVE BAR AND SEATING

Further details about a new bottle shop & micro pub proposed for Brigg have been included in information supplied to North Lincolnshire Council.
With a licensing application already submitted, planning permission and listed building consent are now being sought for a development designed to bring something new to the town centre.
Planning permission for the change of use from a florist's shop to 'a drinking establishment' is being sought for 11A Market Place (near the archway entrance to Coney Court).
The Bottle Box Ltd is seeking approval to supply alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.
The planning application for 'disused retail premises' outlines the proposed opening hours - from 11am to 11pm, seven days a week.
'Proposed employees' are one full-time and two part-time.
New signage facing the Market Place will carry the wording Bottle Shop & Micro Pub.
The replacement signage "will have neutral impact on the heritage significance of the building and the Conservation Area," says a statement submitted to council planners with the application.
In addition to the shop area facing the Market Place, rooms behind (parallel to Coney Court) will form an integral part of the facility.
Seating will be available on the premises for up to 28 people with bar, toilet and cloakroom provision being included.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the licensing, planning and listed building applications.
Brigg Town Council will form part of the consultation process.
