MARKETS AND MUSIC TO ENJOY IN BRIGG THIS WEEKEND

A big attendance is anticipated for the monthly Brigg Farmers' Market this Saturday (July 23).
It will be held in the town centre from 8.30am until mid-afternoon, with stalls offering a wide range of items including including cheese, meat, cakes, bread, jam and bottled beer.
A traditional Saturday Market held nearby will offer fruit & veg, flowers and fish.
Shoppers can take advantage of free car parking throughout the day, courtesy of North Lincolnshire Council; it manages the markets.
Brigg Heritage Centre - located in the town centre's Angel building - will have craft activity events on offer this Saturday from 10am to 1.30pm.
Visitors can also take a look at the varied exhibits (admission free) including the impressive Bronze Age Brigg Raft. Find out more about what the centre has to offer here...
The Woolpack will be hosting a karaoke/disco tomorrow (Friday) and has The Common Faults playing live on Saturday from 9pm (admission free).
This indie rock and pop band will be making a welcome return to the Market Place venue.
There will be a Saturday evening disco and karaoke at the Dying Gladiator, Bigby Street.
