Planning permission to erect eight industrial units in Brigg with associated parking and landscaping has been granted by North Lincolnshire Council.
The location is land to the north of Atherton Way, not far from the M180.
Local firm CLS Engineering Ltd sought approval.
A North Lincolnshire Council assessment report said the site was already "home" to five industrial units.
The new application would amend one made earlier by removing proposed office and café uses to develop the whole site with industrial units.
"A single access road off Atherton Way will provide vehicle and pedestrian access into the site with a total of 58 car parking spaces to serve all three buildings (13 units in total)," the council report explained.
Meanwhile, North Lincolnshire Council has decided that formal planning approval is NOT required for the proposed installation of solar photovoltaics (PV) equipment on roofs of buildings at Rocal Ltd, Atherton Way - meaning this can proceed.
Consulted about the planned installation, Brigg Town Council gave its support due to the positive environmental impact this would have.
