Brigg Town Football Club drew 1-1 away to Beverley Town in their first pre-season game yesterday (Saturday, July 2).
Josh Batty was on the mark for the Zebras, whose initial pre-season home match will be against Hessle Sporting Club on Wednesday (July 6) at the EC Surfacing Stadium (Hawthorns) kicking off at 7.30pm.
Refreshments will be available to spectators on the ground.
Hessle FC, from the North Bank, play in the Humber Premier League.
Having narrowly missed out on promotion from Toolstation Northern Counties East Division One in April, Brigg will be looking to secure top flight status during the 2022/23 campaign.
Following Wednesday night's game, the Zebras have four more pre-season fixtures before beginning the league season at home to Campion FC on Saturday, July 30.
