17 BARNETBY FOOTBALL PICTURES IN ORDER FROM BRIGG BLOG

Brigg Blog was in the right place at the right time on Saturday, to use a popular footballers' phrase, to order these Barnetby United presentation evening pictures.
Long-serving village team boss and club historian, Lee Fielden, walked past Wetherspoon's White Horse while we were having an afternoon pint in the outside seating area on Wrawby Street.
He was carrying a box packed with trophies, explained the presentation night was coming up later and kindly agreed to supply some pix from the club "do" at the railway village hostelry located near the station.
"Mike Hartley, the club President, was guest presenter and club legend Don Clayton was also present," Lee says.
"It was a fantastic evening and our thanks go to Julie Altoft and her staff at The Whistle and Flute, and to club Chair Tony Gowing, for his disco and karaoke."
Barnetby United fielded two teams in the EC Surfacing Scunthorpe & District League last season - home games being played at the Silver Street venue.
Barnetby also fielded a Sunday side in the Paul Fox Scunthorpe League.
