There will be plenty for people to enjoy in Brigg this weekend, including a themed market and also FREE music on many licensed premises.
A Totally Locally Brigg Indie Market will be held in the town centre on Saturday (March 19) from early morning through to the afternoon, alongside the Saturday general market offering fruit & veg, flowers and fish.
There's no admission charge to enjoy a gig by The Vaults band at the Woolpack, Market Place, on Saturday, from 9pm.
A Lincolnshire-based indie and rock covers band, they perform tunes associated with Oasis, Green Day, The Buzzcocks and many others.
A gig is also coming up at Brigg & District Servicemen's Club this Saturday, from 8.30pm.
It features Skaburst UK (pictured above, top right) whose set-list include hits by Madness, Bad Manners and The Specials.
"Free admission - everyone welcome," stresses the Coney Court venue.
A disco & karaoke is being hosted by the Dying Gladiator, Bigby Street, on Saturday evening, while disco music will be offered at the Black Bull and the Britannia Inn (both Wrawby Street).
Elsham Golf Club will be the venue for the ticket-only annual dinner of the Briggensians' Association on Saturday night, from 7pm - a reunion for ex-pupils and staff of Sir John Nelthorpe School, Brigg Grammar and Brigg Girls' High.
Tonight (Friday, March 18) the Woolpack informs us it's offering a disco & karaoke, from 7.30pm.
