DECISIONS PENDING ON 50 NEW HOMES PLANNED FOR THE BRIGG AREA

 

Decision are about to be made on plans to create around 50 new homes on two sites within the Brigg area.
North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee - meeting on Wednesday, December 15 - will rule on a detailed application for housing development involving up to 48 properties near the B1207 on Station Road, Hibaldstow.
Outline planning permission having been granted last year, this application sets out the access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of the scheme.
At the same meeting, elected councillors will be ruling on an outline application to erect four dwellings at Castlefield Yard, Station Road, Hibaldstow.
The committee will also be considering plans to convert the Red Lion pub on Broughton High Street into a convenience store.
The Planning Committee, which is chaired by Coun Nigel Sherwood (Brigg & Wolds Ward), will be covening in Church Square House, High Street, Scunthorpe, tomorrow, from 2pm. This session is open to interested members of the public.
