COUNCIL APPROVES SIX NEW HOMES FOR THE BRIGG AREA

A domestic property near Brigg can be extended, North Lincolnshire Council has decided.
It has granted planning permission to erect a single-storey extension to the side and rear of the dwelling at 168 Scawby Road, Scawby Brook.
This property is located not far from the King William IV pub & restaurant.
Six new homes proposed in Hibaldstow have now been granted outline planning permission by the council.
Outline approval relates to the erection of four dwellings at Castlefield Yard, Station Road, and two three/four-bedroomed detached dwellings on land to the north of Castlefield House, 121 Station Road.
Detailed particulars setting out the proposed details and layout will need to be set out in further applications to the planning authority in each case.

Planning permission to raise the roof height to create additional living accommodation and associated works is being sought at 2 St Marys Lodge, Vicarage Lane, Elsham. The council has yet to decide this application.
