Separate schemes to build six new bungalows and to convert a former Wesleyan Methodist Chapel into a residential dwelling are among Brigg & Wolds Ward planning applications now under consideration by North Lincolnshire Council.
Approval is being sought to erect four detached bungalows, a pair of semi-detached bungalows, associated garaging, access and landscaping on land to the west of Kettleby Lane, Wrawby.
The council is also considering plans to convert the former Methodist Chapel on West Street, Barnetby, into a dwelling. The chapel opened in 1879 and remained in use until 2019.
A statement submitted to planners in support of this application says: "Conversion to a private dwelling as soon as possible offers the only means of ensuring the survival of this small remnant of the Victorian heyday of Barnetby le Wold."
North Lincolnshire Council recently granted permission to erect a single-storey front extension, attached garage conversion and make internal alterations at 19 Brooklands Avenue, Broughton.
West Lindsey District Council has granted permission for a single-storey side extension at The Willows, Owmby Road, Searby.
Approval is being sought for proposed extensions and alterations to a dwelling at 18 Vicarage Lane, Grasby.
