JERRY GREEN DOG RESCUE TO MARK 60TH ANNIVERSARY WITH EVENT IN BRIGG

Brigg is to see an event helping to celebrate the 60th anniversary of what's now known as Jerry Green Dog Rescue.
Back in 1961 this worthy charity was established by businessman and animal lover Jerry Green, with purpose-built premises within Broughton parish which have since cared for thousands of dogs in need.
An art exhibition and auction is to be held on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, August 5, 6 & 7 in the Buttercross in Brigg Market Place, from 9am to 4pm.
Admission is free, and refreshments will be available.
Jerry Green Dog Rescue has a fundraising shop on Springs Parade, Brigg.
Make a note of the exhibition dates and support the event if you can.
