Work is being carried out on an extensive site in Brigg which has been approved for new housing. We took these pictures from Bridge Street a few days ago, showing machinery in use.
Planning permission has been granted for more than 60 dwellings (with garages) on land once occupied by the former Falcon Cycles and Corah factories.
North Lincolnshire Council has also approved a realigned 'estate road' off Bridge Street (the A18) to serve this development. Properties of various styles are planned. The scheme involves landscaping with shrubs and trees of different species, including ash, birch and cherry. There will also be hedgerows and turf.
