Watch out for roadworks coming up in the centre of Brigg. Scheduled to be carried out between Sunday, January 10 and Wednesday, January 13, they are 'likely' to lead to delays for drivers using the eastern section of Wrawby Street.
The location given by Anglian Water is "Hairdressers" without specifying which premises (see pictures below).
These roadworks will involve the footway and carriageway, the company indicates, with temporary traffic controls in place during pipe repairs.
Although Wetherspoon's White Horse pub is currently in enforced lockdown, many drivers use the one-way section of Wrawby Street to visit other local businesses - short stay parking spaces being available on Grammar School Road South at the side of the pub.
AFFECTING THE A18: Between 8am on Wednesday, January 13 and 11.59pm on Friday, January 15 what are described as 'delays likely' roadworks will be carried out on Brigg Road, Wrawby, close to a bungalow near the Jolly Miller. The Cadent gas network company will have temporary traffic lights in operation.
