BRIGG PUB GRASPS WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY WITH CHEERY DISPLAY

A Brigg pub has come up with a novel way to remind people passing its premises of normal times before Coronavirus Lockdown 3.
Currently under enforced closure along with all other bars, the historic Black Bull, on Wrawby Street, is displaying a picture montage featuring folk who visited its premises at various times before the enforced shutdown.
Passers by are stopping to take a look at the front windows gallery near the door to see if they can spot themselves, family or friends in the colourful montage. We note that mine hosts Andy and Tracey Noon appear in the line-up of 30 faces.
Brigg Blog can't claim any input here but we did recently post a 'pictures from the past' gallery showing some Black Bull regulars enjoying themselves long before the emergency began last March.
The Bull can trace its history back to 1820 - six years before photography was invented!

The images are displayed in the two windows to the right of the front entrance to the Black Bull.
