West Lindsey District Council has granted outline planning application to erect two dwellings located at North View, Brigg Road, South Kelsey - Brown & Co, in Brigg Market Place, being agent for the successful applicant.
The West Lindsey authority is now considering three further applications within the Brigg area:
Erection of a timber lodge to be used as an annexe to the main dwelling at Braemar, 20 Station Road, Grasby.
Single storey extension to the kitchen at Chestnut Barn, 1 The Chestnuts, Searby.
Proposed new field access at Moor Farm, Grasby Road, North Kelsey Moor.
