FOOTBALL PREVIEW: BRIGG TOWN RESERVES & BRIGGENSIANS AT HOME TOMORROW
Brigg Town Football Club travel to Harrogate Railway Athletic tomorrow (Saturday, November 16) in ToolStation Northern Counties East Division One (3pm KO).
Harrogate are second from bottom - three places below Brigg in the standings. So this is a game the Zebras could do with winning.
Showing good form of late, Brigg Town Reserves have a home fixture tomorrow at the E C Surfacing Stadium (The Hawthorns) against Louth Town in the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire League Premier (3pm KO). The Reserves (eighth) are a place above Louth in mid-table.
In the E C Surfacing Ltd Scunthorpe & District Football League on Saturday, November 16, Division One leaders Barnetby United visit The Butchers Arms for an EC Surfacing Ltd Challenge Cup quarter-final (1.30pm).
In Division Two, Briggensians will host Epworth Town Colts Development at Brigg Recreation Ground (2pm).
Barnetby United Reserves are at home to Limestone Rangers Reserves at the Silver Street Ground in a Johnsons Transport Ironstone Cup quarter-final (1.30pm).
Brigg Hockey Club has three home matches earmarked for the Rec this Saturday on the all-weather floodlit 'Blue Astro' pitch. The start times are Ladies' 2nds 12.30pm, Men's 2nds 2pm and Men's 4ths 3.30pm.
