A householder-type planning application to erect a single-storey detached garage at a property near Brigg is now being considered by North Lincolnshire Council.
The location is 2 Mill Cottages at Castlethorpe - not far from the hamlet's well-known Arties Mill hospitality venue which is in Broughton parish.
North Lincolnshire planners have now granted permission to erect a detached dwelling with attached garage at Plot 10, land to the south of Queen's Road, Barnetby, and also given approval for a single-storey rear extension and a first-floor front extension at 26 Avenue Nozay, Broughton.
West Lindsey District Council has granted permission for one dwelling and double garage, including the conversion and extension of existing double garage to an annexe, on land to the rear of the Poplars, South Street, North Kelsey.
West Lindsey planners are now considering an application to erect a two-storey detached annexe to form garages and first floor accommodation at Westgate, Smithfield Road, North Kelsey Moor.
