People in Brigg and district will be able to follow an online meeting about policing 'live' as it happens.
The next 'virtual' meeting of the Humberside Police and Crime Panel - which has 'the power to scrutinise' - will be held on Wednesday, March 17, starting at 10am.
Humberside Chief Constable Lee Freeman and Police & Crime Commissioner Keith Hunter will be in attendance.

The crime panel includes members of the public as well as councillors.
Coun Richard Hannigan, from Kirmington - North Lincolnshire Council's Deputy Leader - is among the elected representatives on the panel.
The Mayor of North Lincolnshire, Coun Jon Evison (Barton), chairs these monthly scrutiny meetings which give the public a chance to find out how our area is being policed and how resources are being deployed.
The commissioner has addressed previous meetings of Brigg Town Council in the Angel Suite, while the police chief makes periodic visits to our local station, on Barnard Avenue, to speak with officers and staff.
The Police and Crime Panel (PCP) has the power to scrutinise Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) activities, including the ability to review the Police and Crime Plan and annual report, request PCC papers and call the PCC to public hearings. The PCP can also veto decisions on the local Council Tax precept and the appointment of a new Chief Constable. Read more about its remit and powers here...
Monthly Brigg Blog posts show the number of crimes recorded in our town - the latest (for January 2021) having been announced recently.
For many years, Brigg had its own quarterly crime scrutiny meetings, held in the Angel Suite, during which the public could raise issues with a senior police officer - latterly, Brigg-based Insp Brett Rutty.
However, the force decided to discontinue these policing panel meetings through which the latest 'crime stats' were given. For some years these have been made published instead through www.police.uk
