NEW USE FOR BRIGG TOWN CENTRE BUILDING

It's good to see new use being made of a previously disused building in Brigg town centre.
Planning permission was granted by North Lincolnshire Council last year after it received an application to convert a former two-storey office building, 40 Bigby Street, into two flats.
It appears that the ground floor project - at least - has now been completed.

40 Bigby Street.
This building was used by a local accounting firm for many years and later housed MP Andrew Percy's Brigg office until it moved to another location in the town centre.
On the other side of Bigby Street, an agent is currently marketing a first floor flat to let within the distinctive three-storey property which has the Gents Barber Shop on the ground floor. View details here...

At the top of this post is a view showing both these properties on Bigby Street.
Potentially there are many more vacant 'above the shop' premises across the town centre that could provide living accommodation, following investment by their owners.

There's a flat to let in this three-storey building.
