BRIGG PLANS CONSIDERED BY COMMITTEE
No objections have been raised by Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee to two applications relating to Albert Street.
They are to erect a replacement conservatory at 40 Albert Street and to prune six lombardy poplar trees behind Southfield House Care Home - submitted by different people.
Final decisions will now be made in each case by North Lincolnshire Council, the local planning authority.
North Lincs planners have now granted permission to erect a single-storey rear extension at 9 Kennedy Close, Brigg.
Meanwhile, Quinton And Kaines, off Enterprise Court, Ancholme Business Park, off Atherton Way, is seeking approval to create an access and two car parking spaces.
West Lindsey District Council is now considering an application to replace an already-approved five-bedroom property with two three-bedroom semi-detached properties on land adjacent to Roebuck, Brigg Road, North Kelsey.
West Lindsey planners are also considering an application for one dwelling with detached garage on land off North End Lane, South Kelsey.
