NEW BRIGG NURSERY & CAFE AWAITING DECISION FROM COUNCIL


Brigg is awaiting decisions being made on seven planning applications for a variety of developments earmarked for the town. 
They include a car wash facility, a children's nursery and cafe, new-build domestic properties and household extensions.
North Lincolnshire Council is yet to announce decisions on the following, listed in the order they were submitted for consideration:
BRIDGE STREET: Erect a replacement jet wash facility, Brigg Service Station (June 11, 2019). View further details here...
BIGBY HIGH ROAD: Outline application to erect one dwelling, land adjacent to No. 56 (June 17, 2019).
ATHERTON WAY: Erect two-storey building for uses to include office space, children's nursery and café with associated car parking and landscaping on land to the north of Atherton Way (October 16, 2019). View further details here...
ATKINSON AVENUE: Advertisement consent to replace existing signage with one facia sign, one aluminium composite panel sign, one push/pull & window manifestation & one lockable poster case at Nos. 10-12 -  convenience store/shop (November 14, 2019).
KENNEDY CLOSE: Erect single-storey rear extension at No. 9 (December 2, 2019).
ST HELEN'S ROAD: Raise the ridge height of bungalow to create house and erection of two-storey extension to side and rear & erection of a detached garage at No. 16 (December 5, 2019).
BRAMBLE WAY: Erect a detached dwelling with associated works at No. 1 (December 16, 2019).
