COUNCIL MAKES RULING ON BRIGG EXTENSION

North Lincolnshire Council has approved domestic property extensions in Brigg.
Planning permission has been granted to erect two-storey side and rear extensions to 8 Grammar School Road - a property close to the A18 on Barnard Avenue.
Brigg Town Council was consulted as part of the planning process and raised no objections.
Meanwhile, in Hibaldstow, detail-related permission is being sought to erect five dwellings on land near Wheelgates, on Brigg Road, outline approval having been granted last year.
The current application, now being considered by North Lincolnshire Council, relates to access, appearance, landscaping, layout and the scale of development.
