LATEST BRIGG & DISTRICT BUILDING PLANS


Planning permission is being sought to erect a first-floor side extension at a domestic property in Brigg.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the application for 19 Foxglove Close, which is on the modern estate near Redcombe Lane and Newlands. Brigg Town Council will be consulted.
The extension is scheduled to be added above an existing garage.

STURTON: Approval has been given to raise the roof to form first floor and to erect front and rear extensions, including associated works, at Poachers Rest, Station Road.
HIBALDSTOW: A household extension has gained approval at 8 Coulson Close.

SCAWBY: Consent has been given to fell four Laburnum trees and one Conifer - all situated within Scawby's Conservation Area at Kingswood, Church Street.

SEARBY: West Lindsey District Council has granted permission for change of use of former outbuildings into a self-contained dwelling, including demolition of an existing lean-to covered area, erection of two extensions, boundary wall, access and other alterations to form windows and doors, at Chestnut Farmhouse, Main Street.
