BRIGG CONSERVATION AREA PROPERTIES CAN BE DIVIDED

Planning permission has been granted to divide an existing Brigg Conservation Area dwelling into two, including associated works.
An early 19th century dwelling, 21 Albert Street, pictured, can now be split into two separate dwellings.
The proposal involves the bricking up of a centrally located redundant window and the insertion of a new entrance door. This is not a listed building.
Brigg Town Council raised no objections to the application, and permission has now been granted by the North Lincolnshire planning authority.
NORTH KELSEY: West Lindsey District Council has granted permission to sub-divide a barn conversion into two dwellings and to retain associated alterations at Bruff Barn, Southfield Road. West Lindsey planners have also given approval to erect one dwelling on land at Chapel Mead, Brigg Road.
GRASBY: The West Lindsey authority has approved an application to erect one dwelling, change use of land to domestic garden space and erect a single-storey garden outbuilding on land to north of Bentley Lane.
