HOUSE EXTENSIONS & TREE WORK PLANNED IN BRIGG & DISTRICT


Six Brigg and district applications relating to tree felling, tree pruning, building household extensions and erecting a garage are now being considered by council planners.
Two  of them are within conservation areas.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the following requests:

  • Erect a detached garage and extend existing driveway at  12 Glanford Road, Brigg.
  • Notice of intention to undertake pruning on an ash tree within Brigg Conservation Area at 9 Albert Street.
  • Notice of intention to fell a beech tree within Scawby Conservation Area at The Hall, Vicarage Lane.
  • Demolish an existing extension and erect a single storey side, front and rear extension, and provide new road crossing and additional parking, at 8 Woodland Drive, Broughton.
  • Erect a single storey rear extension at 61 Appleby Gardens, Broughton.
West Lindsey District Council is considering an application for a front extension and porch at 5 Bentley Lane, Grasby.
