BRIGG DEMONSTRATION PART OF FIRST NORMANBY HALL BANK HOLIDAY FESTIVAL

A Brigg karate demonstration will be one of the attractions to enjoy at a new North Lincolnshire  Council event over the August bank holiday weekend, which will have a pop-up bar serving a range of drinks.
Folk from the Brigg area may well be interested in paying a visit on one, or more, of the three days.

Normanby Hall Country Park is serving up a variety of attractions and activities for all the family at its exciting Bank Holiday Festival from Saturday 25 to Monday 27 August, 10am to 6pm.
Throughout the weekend, resident DJ Marco will be providing music and entertainment and there will be a range of delicious food stalls and unique craft stalls, including Sweetness and Light wooden crafts and a hog roast.
There will also be fairground rides and the brand new ‘Normanby Arms’ pop-up bar so you can enjoy draft beer, lager and cider, as well as a selection of gins and soft drinks.
Each day there will be something different happening:

Saturday 25 August
Dress up as your favourite prince, princess or superhero and take part in the parade at 3.30pm. There will be prizes for the best dressed child and adult. Dizney Dates will be attending with appearances from well-known Disney characters and the Sentinel Squad will be invading Normanby Hall.

Sunday 26 August
Alison Walling will be doing a Willow Sculpture demonstration throughout the morning, followed by Music in the Park in the afternoon from 1.30pm. 
There will be a range of stalls including:

• Jamie’s Sweet Emporium
• Roe’s Dairy Farm (see picture below in Brigg)
• Porkies Hog Roast
• The Gift Box Garage
• Plus many more

Monday 27 August
There will be Zumba, Tsunami Cheerleaders, Lincs Twirlers and Brigg Karate performances from 11am. Why not try out for the school sports day activities from 3.30pm?

Admission will be charged from 9.30am each day. The South Lodge field will be available for overflow parking for membership holders.

So it is fantastic that we are able to host another Bank Holiday Festival in August to offer a weekend packed with family fun.
“There will be lots happening across the three days including food demonstrations, children’s activities, food stalls, live music and Sentinel Squad – to name a few. You will be guaranteed a great day out.

Together with Hornsby's we're running a free shuttle bus service from Scunthorpe bus station to the Hall each day over the bank holiday weekend, leaving Scunthorpe between 9.30am and 2.30pm and coming back between 11.45am and 6.30pm.
