COMPANY IN BRIGG SUBMITS PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS
Brown & Co - based in Brigg Market Place - has submitted a planning application on behalf of a Barnetby couple to change the use of traditional agricultural buildings into five stables, a store room and a tack room for a DIY livery yard at Barnetby Wold Farm.
Brown & Co, as agent for the applicants, has told North Lincolnshire Council planners: "The proposed converted buildings will be used to run a commercial livery business."
Clients will be able to 'rent' a stable and will be allocated an area within the various storage facilities.
In addition, each client will be allocated a fenced paddock for grazing.
The traditional buildings are currently used as agricultural stores and a workshop.
"We believe that developing the site will improve and enhance the appearance of the buildings," says Brown & Co.
The council will now decide whether to grant permission.
