WATER LEAK IN BRIGG TOWN CENTRE?

We noticed an accumulation of water on Wrawby Street, near the Buttercross, in Brigg town centre yesterday.
It appeared to be dripping down from an outlet high up, near the roof.
No doubt North Lincolnshire Council will be aware of it.
Water has been dripping close to the area of fill-in tarmacadam, placed there after paving stones were removed but not replaced after the completion of a contract. 
This topic has been raised several times at council meetings in recent months - each time with a fix expected to be forthcoming but nothing materialising.
