Opening hours are Monday and Thursday, 10am until 4pm, if you have an issue you with to raise with your representative in Parliament.

It does seem a bit odd to have a picture of him outside his old office. Surely there has been a chance to get a replacement picture by now? Google is no use at all for any picture, though there is a photo on Andrew Percy's web site. I am not sure of where it is from the address, though to looks sort of familiar
