HAPPY 1950s MEMORIES OF THE ANGEL HOTEL, BRIGG

I went on the Brigg website earlier and was so interested in all the info. about the Angel Hotel as my parents managed the hotel a long while ago,  possibly from 1954/55 to 1959.  
My memories of that time are so special....of the courtyard, the ballroom, the cocktail bar, the outbuildings and the River Ancholme at the end of the huge garden as was then.  
I remember a farmer by the name of Mr. Spilman staying at the hotel and he had a suite upstairs on the first floor, near the front of the hotel.
