Brigg team Briggensians FC opened their programme in division three of the T.S.W. Printers Scunthorpe & District Football League in fine style yesterday, Saturday.
They won 2-1 at Midtown United, with goals from Jon Taylor and Neil Gallafent.
On Saturday, September 19, Briggensians will be in action in the first round of the Johnstone Insurance Nursing Cup.
It's another away game for them - this time at Crowle Town Colts (kick-off 2.30pm).
