In the weeks since the Black Bull pub in Brigg closed its
doors to drinkers and diners there has been a steady rise in the number of
motorists making use of the hostelry’s sizeable car park
The Bull’s parking area is even closer to the town centre
than the council’s Old Courts Road facility.
Drivers will always park as close as they can to their
destination. In Brigg’s case, this is behind the Bull for many
people. It's literally a stone's throw to reach Wrawby Street and its many shops and businesses.
We took this picture on Friday morning – not on Thursday
(market day) when the town always sees an added influx of drivers in the town
centre.
