North Lincolnshire Council has granted planning permission for a pair of semi-detached bungalows, with car port, to be built in Brigg.
The location is land to the rear of 43 and 45 Glanford Court and the successful application came from Keston Home Ltd, of Doncaster.
The council has also granted advertisement consent for one hoarding sign at Lidl's Atherton Way store.
