The date when the new Aldi store in Brigg will open has now been revealed - using a very traditional method.
The discount retailer has erected signs on Bridge Street to announce the news many local shoppers have been waiting for - Thursday, September 24, 2020.
Brigg Blog checked Aldi's latest stores opening list earlier this morning (no mention of Brigg) and pinged off an email requesting the date before walking down to the site with the intention of taking some progress pictures.
Once outside the premises we received an email from a local resident to say signs were up alongside the A18.
