BRIGG EXTENSION APPROVED

North Lincolnshire Council has now approved a house extension in Brigg.
The planning authority is working its way through a number of recent applications to improve domestic properties across the town.
Approval has been granted to erect two-storey and single-storey extensions at 1 Glanford Road.
Consulted about this application, Brigg Town Council told the unitary authority that it had no objection to permission being granted.
Planning approval has also been granted for change of use of an outbuilding to a residential annexe including an extension and installation of a dormer window at The Old Vicarage, Main Street, Melton Ross, which is within the Brigg & Wolds Ward.
Permission is being sought to erect a two-storey rear dormer extension at 9 Pelham View, Hibaldstow. This is now being considered by the council.
West Lindsey authority planners are now considering an application for a proposed rear single-storey extension with flat roof, second rear extension with pitched roof, loft conversion with roof-lights and change of external wall material at Bookers Holt, 8 Station Road, Grasby.
The Gainsborough-based council has now granted outline planning permission to erect a dwelling on land to the rear of 11 Clixby Lane, Grasby.
