A Brigg & Wolds Ward application seeking outline planning permission to build 25 new dwellings in the area has been referred to North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee for a decision to be made.
The application - proposing development on land adjacent to The Willows on Barton Road, Wrawby - is considered to be of significant public interest.
It will go before the committee during its mid-June meeting this afternoon (Wednesday) which will be conducted via the internet.
Wrawby Parish Council has lodged an objection to the application.
Today's meeting will also see the committee considering an outline application to erect two dwellings at Wolds View, Station Road, Sturton.
