RECRUITMENT SUGGESTS BRIGG PUB REOPENING IS NOT TOO FAR AWAY

A Brigg town centre pub - currently closed for refurbishment by the new owners - is now advertising for a full-time head chef.
In early August the freehold of the historic White Hart, on Bridge Street, was acquired from the Marstons brewery chain by Hospitality Management Services Ltd), which is also managing the new Brigg Marina development off Mill Lane, with lodges for holiday-makers and tourists.
When it reopens the pub beside the Old River Ancholme will be offering food, with recruitment of a head chef suggesting that the relaunch is not too far away, although a date has yet to be announced.
Applicants need to be experienced and qualified head chefs with exceptional, proven ability of kitchen management.

We gather the White Hart would ideally like to appoint a chef/manager.
The White Hart dates back to the 18th century and in the mid-1800s was one of 30+ hostelries within Brigg town centre.
