One of the best-known buildings in Brigg town centre, and the conservation area, is on the market.
The former NatWest bank, in the Market Place, is for sale, the freehold being available "at offers in excess of £195,000."
London-based GVA is marketing the property online and says it is suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.

NatWest closed its Brigg Branch in June 2018. An increasing number of people across the UK are now using internet banking and no longer rely on counter service provided by traditional branches.
NatWest also appointed a community banker for the Brigg area to advise and assist customers.
HSBC closed its Brigg branch, in the Market Place, during June 2017, and is still awaiting a new use.
There are now only two high street banks with branches in the town - Barclays and Lloyds.
Later this month, Lloyds will be closing its Wrawby Street premises for up to three weeks while alterations are made to make it 'counter free'.
