THE DIRTY PITCHERS TO PLAY BRIGG GIG THIS WEEKEND

A big attendance is expected for a music gig in Brigg on Saturday evening (September 8).
Local band The Dirty Pitchers will be appearing at the Exchange Bar from 8.30pm.
Expect to hear songs made famous by the likes of Oasis, Suede, Pulp, Blur, The Lightning Seeds and many others.

Enjoying a sizeable local following, the band will be giving away Dirty Pitchers badges on the night, if you haven't already got one.
Renowned Brigg Band of the punk era, The Diseased, had badges for their fans which looked very similar to those now being made available decades later.
Some Brigg Blog followers will recall visiting The Exchange years ago for night club style late night music and dancing.
It was often so popular that queues formed to gain admission to the venue!

Mark Burns, formerly at the White Hart, is now running the bar at The Exchange.
Chef Ellie Vickers is overseeing the new English and Thai meals menu which launched  this week. View details here...
