EXTENSION PLANNED NEAR BRIGG

Planning permission is being sought to add a house extension to a property just outside Brigg.
The go ahead is being requested from North Lincolnshire Council to erect a single-storey rear & first-floor rear extension, including gable re-roof of the existing garage, at 4 River Meadow, Scawby Brook.
Permission to erect a first-floor side extension is also being sought for 8 Larch Grove, Scawby.
Council planners are considering both applications.
West Lindsey District Council has granted permission for a roof lift to create first floor bedrooms & bathroom and also a front porch at 12 Patricks Close, North Kelsey.
The authority has also agreed to alterations and extensions to an annexe at Westgate Farm, Carr Road, North Kelsey.
