Reopening details for the Ancholme Leisure Centre at Scawby Brook were revealed during Brigg Town Council's recently held July meeting.
North Lincolnshire Council runs the centre which has been in lockdown for many weeks.
Coun Carl Sherwood, a cabinet member with the unitary authority, told town councillors that the centre would reopen on July 25 ('dry side only') with the 'pool side' being introduced from August 3.
Due to changing arrangements, admission numbers would be limited, with swimming 'lane only'.
The skate park adjoining the centre will resume from August 25.
Leisure centre membership - suspended during the emergency period - will be reintroduced from September 1.
