14 NEW HOMES PLANNED IN THE BRIGG AREA

Fourteen new homes are planned in the Brigg area.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering an application seeking permission for 14 dwellings, garages and landscaping.
The suggested location is land at Brook House Farm, Church Street, Hibaldstow.
J. Cavill Properties Ltd, of Hibaldstow, is seeking approval to change the use of a farmyard to provide the properties.
The scheme involves 9 four-bed properties, 3 with three bedrooms and 2 that are two-bed.
This is a reduction of two properties from the 16 previously proposed.
The application is being made through an agent, TAS Building Design, of Brigg.
Car parking for 28 vehicles is indicated in the application.
Current use of the site is described as vacant.

North Lincolnshire Council is also considering an application to erect a two-storey side extension and garage at Highfield House, Silversides Lane, Scawby Brook. Mr and Mrs Whiteman are the applicants, through an agent based in Scunthorpe.
Approval is being sought to build a first floor side extension at 11 Maple Close, Brigg, by Mr G. Scott through Brigg-based agent DDS1 Limited. The intention is to provide an additional bedroom.
