PLANNED NEW HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO BE CONSIDERED BY BRIGG COUNCILLORS


Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee is to consider a proposed housing development involving 13 properties when it holds its April meeting early next week.
A developer is seeking the go ahead to build them on land off  the A1084 Bigby High Road, the development to be known as Pingley Vale.
Although the location is within the boundaries of neighbouring West Lindsey, Brigg Town Council may comment. And the application appears on the agenda for the next meeting.
It will be held on Monday, April 23 in the Angel Suite (6.45pm).
This meeting is open to interested members of the public.

BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1. Notice convening the meeting.
2. To Receive apologies and Approve reasons for absence.
3.    (a)  To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.  Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared.
(b)  To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of agenda items listed below.
4.    To Receive any general correspondence.
5.    a)    To Receive and Note any Applications for Market Consent
 b)    To Receive and Consider any Applications for a Grant or Variation of Premises Licence.

  • Notice of intention to fell three trees within Brigg's conservation area at Merivale, Bigby Road, Brigg, DN20 8HN
  • Planning application to erect 13 dwellings on land at Pingley Vale Bigby High Road Brigg,  DN20 9G
b) TO NOTE THE DECISIONS RECEIVED FROM NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL REGARDING PREVIOUS APPLICATIONS
