BRIGG TOWN CENTRE BUILDING NOW LET
A prominent Brigg town centre property has been let.
This picture shows the building on Wrawby Street which had carried a 'for sale' notice for some months.
Also in view is a yellow sign giving details of a planning application submitted which relates to No 39 - directly opposite the old courthouse and alongside the A18.
North Lincolnshire Council subsequently granted permission to Demeter House School to use the upper floors as a "non-residential institution" with offices on the ground floor.
The suggested intention was to provide dedicated therapeutic space as "more students are in need of this intervention."
Brigg Town Council told planners that it supported the proposal.
Permission was granted in January.
Demeter House has schools on Bigby Street, Brigg, and on West Street, Scawby.
