BRIGG LIVE ARTS FEST 2018 TO OFFER SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Brigg Live Arts Fest 2018 is coming up and will draw many people to the town centre for a very varied and extensive programme.
It includes music, singing, dancing, poetry, drama, crafts, story-telling, stalls, exhibitions and busking.
The event will be held on Saturday, May 12, starting in the morning and continuing through to the evening. Most of the events are free to enjoy.
Looking through the packed programme, Brigg Blog's eye was taken by Music from the Sixties which will see local band Affinity performing at the Lord Nelson Hotel, the Stark Raving Buskers at the White Hart, and Sheriff Lonestar and the Deputies of Heartbreak playing blues/rock in the Bandstand.
Other venues where events will take place include the Steel Rooms, the Heritage Centre, the Buttercross, Brigg Servicemen's Club, the Rabbit Hole bookshop, Brigg Library and St John's Church.
Full details and timings will appear on Brigg Blog nearer to May 12.
