Fingers will be firmly crossed in the hope of good weather greeting the April 2018 Brigg Farmers' Market and adjoining general Saturday market in the town centre.
April 28 is the date, with stalls in the Market Place and Wrawby Street open for business from about 9am through to late afternoon.
Brigg's markets are managed by North Lincolnshire Council.
Our picture above shows a previous spring farmers' markets when the sun shone down as producers sold a range of goods direct to the shopping public.
Hopefully this scene will be repeated this Saturday.
Make a note: next month's farmers' market will be held on May 26.

Don't know about late afternoon as most of the "farmers market" stalls had cleared off by 1pm last month much to the dissapointment of the late arrivals
