North Lincolnshire Council is now considering an outline planning application seeking permission to erect five detached dwellings (including demolition of existing nursery building) with all matters reserved for subsequent approval.
The location is Sturton Nurseries, Main Street, Sturton, Scawby.
The applicant is Mr M Smalley, Sturton Nurseries, through an agent based in Grimsby.
