BRIGG PROPERTY EXTENSION PLANNED

Applications to extend domestic properties in Brigg continue to be submitted to North Lincolnshire Council.
The latest proposal is to erect a single-storey rear extension, convert the loft including addition of dormer, and install a new window to the front elevation at 32 Wrawby Road. This property is near the cemetery - on the same side of the A18.
The application is now being considered by local authority planners.
A formal application will not be required to alter the provision of roof lights at 9 Kennedy Close, Brigg. Planners have decided this is a "non-material amendment" to a previously approved proposal.
Similarly, prior approval will not be needed to erect a forestry storage and workshop building at Scawby Wood Yard, Park Lane, Scawby. So this project can proceed.
In Grasby, West Lindsey District Council has received an outline application for five dwellings on land to the south of Clixby Lane, and another application to change the use of land off Bentley Lane to a domestic garden.
