The biggest housing development in Brigg for many years is now taking shape, and it will provide well over 60 new properties to buy.
Long-established local company Keigar Homes is currently affording "coming soon" status to this development off Bridge Street (the A18).
As construction work continues, displays on the edge of the site where it joins Bridge Street explain that the development is known as The Falcon.
This is a nice touch - remembering the Falcon Cycles factory which once occupied the land and was a major local employer.
The new properties will have between two and four bedrooms.
